TALKS ABOUT OUR APPRENTICESHIPS

MABLE FLAVIA MBUGA

I always wanted to work in the hospital but had no clear idea what qualification will help me apply for a job. I was working as a carer for a long time and the decision to do my apprenticeship has changed everything. Now I am a very confident person I can speak well since I had additional support from my assessor to improve my communication and IT skills.

MAREVIA DELORES LAWRENCE

I started working as a senior carer and wanted to learn new skills to help me become a carer so I undertook my Level 3 NVQ with LPC and after completing this I was offered a deputy manager position. This is when I took the decision to complete my Level 5 Apprenticeship. I am so happy now as I have progressed so much by studying. I am now a registered manager of a care home and I would like to thank LPC for supporting me through this journey.

FLORINA DINSOREAN

It has been a life changing decision for me to undertake my Level 5 Apprenticeship with LPC. It has equipped me with a lot of knowledge and management and leadership skills which has helped me to open my own care agency. I am very grateful for my assessor who taught me so much about care management and for signposting me to different sources to help me achieve my dream of opening my own care agency.

RUTA VASILIAUSKAITE

My employer wanted to give me a promotion which would only be given to me if I completed my Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma. I never really wanted to study further but since being in contact with LPC, my assessor and the team have supported and motivated me to want to complete further studies and make a better life for myself. I have also completed my Level 5 apprenticeship with LPC and now I am applying for University. I would like to say thank you for all the ongoing support and encouragement that you have given me!

ANNA KONIECZNA

First, I would like to say thank you to LPC for helping me to complete my course successfully. I am happy that I got promoted to team leader because of this apprenticeship. Also, now I can fulfil my dream by studying at university.
