APPRENTICESHIPS

Apprenticeships are excellent opportunities for candidates to learn while they earn, as well as gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience in the relevant field. The working hours are normally 30 hours per week. The training is directly linked to the job and is offered at different workplaces to inculcate the required knowledge and skillset in the trainees so that they become a real asset to the employer.

Apprenticeships training is available at 3 levels and the level you take depends on your prior qualification, experience and current job role.

If you are a health care professional or looking to get into Health and Social Care sector, the Intermediate (entry level) Apprenticeship is for you.

There are a number of components that make up the Health and Social Care Advanced Apprenticeship. Here you will find an outline of the qualifications you will achieve and the units and vocational areas you will cover throughout your training as well as other important information such as timescales, funding and what progression this qualification can offer.

CARE LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT LEVEL 5 APPRENTICESHIP

The Higher Apprenticeship is an excellent natural route for those who have already undertaken an Intermediate or Advanced Apprenticeship. It’s a great opportunity to build on and develop skills and knowledge at a high level. It will provide a range of transferrable skills to enable learners to identify ways to innovate and provide high quality care.
