Take a Break
Disconnect yourself from computers, laptops, mobile phones and do things you love to do – catch up on your hobbies, read your favourite book or enjoy watching a television series you had put off for a while to do your assignments or coursework.
Spend time with Nature
Regain control in your life. Enjoy the weather, meditate for a few minutes, go to the beach or take a walk in the woods and listen to the music of bees and birds. Nature heals!
Sleep well, eat good food, breathe in fresh air. Pamper yourself at the spa – you deserve it.
Spend time with family and visit friends and relatives whom you have not seen for ages. Relationships mean a lot.
Enhance your Skills
If you wanted to enhance your skills but did not find time due to your assignment submissions or presentations, spend some time in developing the skills – go to library, refer books or do online courses.
